Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy (the "Privacy Policy") sets forth our policies and practices for handling the information we collect from or about you. Viegame LLC, and any of its or their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, assigns and/or its parent company (collectively, "Viegame", "our", "we", or "us"). We understand this is a big responsibility and work hard to protect your information and put you in control. This Policy applies to each our website, our application and our software that links to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing and/or using our Services, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy. For certain Services, there may be additional policies about information practices and choices. Please read those additional privacy disclosures to understand how they apply to you.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We are committed to protecting your privacy. If you elect not to provide certain information, you may be precluded from participating in some of the Services. We automatically collect information necessary to deliver and enhance your user experience on our Services. We may collect the following information:

  1. Contact information (if you contact us with an inquiry, provide feedback, or sign up for updates from us): first name, last name, date of birth, age, gender, email address, mailing address, mobile phone number.
  2. Account information: username, password, and profile details, device ID.
  3. Purchase transaction information and commercial information (if you make a purchase. All payments are handled through secure, PCI-compliant systems. No full credit card information is retained on our servers.): records of products or Services purchased, obtained or considered, the last 4 digits of card number, cardholder name, expiration date.
  4. Gaming activity: Game sessions, preferences, scores, and interaction data for personalization and analytics.
  5. Technical information (When you download or access our Services): including, but not limited to internet or other electronic network activity information about your access of the our Services via the our apps and/or your interaction with us via other third party websites or applications, your Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, device information, usage analytics such as the date and time of your visit, information about the links or ads you click and pages you view, and error reports, hardware type, the version of your operating system and your in-game activity, referring / exit pages and URLs.
  6. Communication information and survey information: (Any information you provide to us, and any information you choose to share about yourself as part of your use of our Services. You control the information that you provide in post on the Services through in-game play, comments, reviews or other posts): including, but not limited to support interactions, contact form submissions, your geolocation, advertising identifiers, language preferences, and other identifiers that directly or indirectly identify your device, wifi routers closest to you, IDs of cell towers closest to you and the strength of your wifi or cell signal.
  7. Social network website user information (if you access the Service through a third-party social networking site): including, but not limited to the information you make publicly available, your social network website user identification number, your first, last and user names, profile and cover photos, information that is visible on your social network page if you have allowed this through the privacy settings on your social network account; If you invite new members into your social networking site or send messages through social networking site, we may collect the information associated with those messages, including your friends' social networking site user IDs, email addresses and content.
  8. Loyalty program information (if you enroll in our loyalty program): name, email or postal address, telephone number, information about your use of the Service and any purchases you have made or rewards you have received).
  9. Aggregated, deidentified, or anonymous information: We may collect aggregated, deidentified, or anonymized information via our Services that does not identify any single user or device. Information that has been aggregated, deidentified, or anonymized is not subject to this Privacy Policy.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We may use your information for our general commercial or business purposes such as to improve and grow our business and to offer you our own, our affiliates' or third party products or services that we think you may find of interest. The purposes for which we collect, store, use and disclose information in particular include:

  1. Provide and maintain the Service, including allowing you to register and correctly identifying you, for the purposes of rankings, competitions or sweepstakes, chat identification, and/or game high scores as well as keep your account in working order. We may use your date of birth to confirm your eligibility to participate in Services;
  2. Process payments and manage in-app purchases, including contacting you about your transactions, offering personalized services (other than advertising) and supporting or learning about your needs as a customer, fulfilling and manageing your orders, payments, returns, and exchanges made through the Services;
  3. Personalize your gaming experience, including providing you with the core game experience, pursuant to our Terms of Service. At your request, responding to inquiries, resolving service problems, handling complaints, correcting errors in the Service and communicating with you about the Service;
  4. Send account and service notifications, including communicating with you about, our specific advertisings, products, events, and promotional information in connection with the Service (including contests and our other promotions), administering satisfaction or other surveys, notifying you of new product releases, service notifications, soliciting your feedback and input, and for other marketing or business purposes;
  5. Analyze usage to improve the Service, based on our legitimate interest, for business research and development of new products or services (such as researching or designing new or improved versions of Services);
  6. Prevent fraud and ensure platform security, including detecting and preventing fraud or misuse of the Service;
  7. Comply with legal obligations, establish and defend any legal claims, and in some cases, including where identified above, our basis for processing will be because you have consented to our use of your information; and
  8. For purposes unrelated to those described in this Privacy Policy by first notifying you and, where required, offering you a choice as to whether or not we may use your personal information in this different manner.

3. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY

  1. We have implemented industry-standard security practices to protect the security of any personal information we process. We also maintain reasonable procedures to help ensure that such user data is reliable for its intended use and is accurate, complete, and current. This includes encryption during transmission and storage, secure server infrastructure, and regular security assessments. However, you should understand that no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, accurate, complete, or current. Please note that information collected by third parties may not have the same security protections as information you submit to us, Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our Services; any transmission is at your own risk. We cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, hacking, data loss, or other breaches will never occur.
  2. We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 13 years of age. Our Services are generally designed for users who are at least 13 years of age and older and therefore such Services generally do not knowingly collect or make use of "personal information" as defined in the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA") from children under 13, except as consistent with applicable law. We do not knowingly allow children under 13 (16 in the EEA) years old to register for an account or otherwise provide any personal information to us, and we do not collect or use personal information from children under 13 for targeted advertising purposes. We respect the privacy of parents and children and is committed to complying with COPPA. If a parent believes that his or her child has submitted personal information to us, he or she can contact us via email at support@viegame.com. We will take steps to promptly delete the information upon learning that it relates to a child under the age of 13 (16 in the EEA). We recognize the importance of safeguarding the privacy of children and encourage parents to check and monitor their children's use of online activities regularly.
  3. We will keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out above, considering criteria such as whether a longer retention period is required by law, the duration of our relationship with you, and the sensitivity of the relevant information.

4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We may allow you to play or direct us to share information through social media (such as by logging in through a social media account or using a "Like" button") or contain links to social media services or other third parties. The use of these features and links are subject to the privacy policies of those companies and your settings on those services. We have no control over, and are not responsible for, the information submitted to or collected by social networks or other third parties. We encourage you to review those third-party privacy policies to understand the way your information may be collected and handled by such third parties.

5. SHARING INFORMATION

We may share the categories of information listed above with third-parties, and as described in this policy. Reasons for this kind of sharing include, but are not limited to:

  1. Authorized Third Parties and Service Providers.
    We may share your information with third-party vendors and service providers to support core platform functionalities. These include, but are not limited to, authentication, content delivery, billing, payment processing, customer service, email deployment, security and performance monitoring, maintaining or servicing accounts, and data processing, prize fulfillment, delivering packages, postal mail services, data collection and analysis, the provision of search results and links (including paid listings and links). We also share your information with third-party advertising partners – such as ad networks, affiliate marketing programs, and social media companies --for the purpose of delivering targeted advertising. However,we will only do so with your consent. For more information on advertising choices available to you, please refer to the section "Your Privacy Rights And Choices".
  2. Business Transfers.
    As we continue to grow, we might sell or buy certain subsidiaries, business units or product offerings. We may share or transfer your information in connection with a substantial corporate transaction, such as the sale of a website, a merger, sale of company assets, initial public offering, or in the unlikely event of bankruptcy.
  3. Our protection and Others.
    We may disclose your information if there is a violation of the Terms of Services or other agreements; if we have to verify or enforce compliance with the policies governing our Services and applicable laws; or if needed to respond to subpoenas, court orders, legal process, law enforcement requests, legal claims or government inquiries, and to protect and defend the rights, interests, safety, and security of our affiliates, users, or the public. This includes exchanging information with entities for fraud detection and protection, and credit risk reduction as well as in response to lawful requests by public authorities.
  4. Affiliates.
    We may share your information with our corporate affiliates. We may disclose your aggregate, deidentified, or otherwise non-personal information, such as usage statistics of our Services. Your personal information may be processed by staff operating inside or outside the United States of America, by persons who work for us or for one of our suppliers or related companies. Such staff and suppliers may be engaged in, among other things, the fulfilment of your order and the processing of your payment.
  5. Other Users.
    When you disclose personal information (for example, by posting comments, contributions, or other content to the Services) or otherwise interact with public areas of the Services, such personal information may be viewed by all users and publicly made available outside the Services in perpetuity. If you interact with other users of our Services and register for our Services through a social network (such as Facebook), your contacts on the social network may see your name, profile photo, and descriptions of your activity. Similarly, other users will be able to view descriptions of your activity, communicate with you within our Services, and view your profile.
  6. At your direction or with your consent.
    We may share information for any other purposes disclosed to you at the time we collect the information or pursuant to your consent.

We will put in place contractual protections to keep your information secure as required by applicable data protection laws.

6. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS AND CHOICES

1. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the rights under applicable data protection laws. These may include the rights:

  • To access your personal information in a portable format or other information about our data processing practices.
  • To request detailed information about the specific types of your personal information we've collected over the past 12 months, including data disclosed for business purposes.
  • To correct inaccurate or incomplete your personal information under certain circumstances.
  • To delete your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements.
  • To receive your personal information in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.
  • To limit certain processing activities of your personal information under specific conditions.
  • To opt out of receiving certain targeted advertising or analytics
  • To restrict or object to the processing of your personal information.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights and choices except where permitted by law. For example, some of the functionality and features on the Service may change or no longer be available to you if you have requested that we delete your information. Once we receive your request, we may verify it through your account or by requesting information sufficient to confirm your identity. If you would like to use an agent authorized in accordance with applicable law to exercise these rights, we may request evidence that you have provided such agent with power of attorney or that the agent otherwise has valid written authority to exercise rights on your behalf. You can terminate your account at any time which will remove your profile and other personal information from view. We will use reasonable efforts promptly to amend or delete your records as requested. We, however, may (but are not obligated to) keep information about you following termination of your account. Your information will generally be permanently deleted or anonymized one month after your request to terminate the account. In some cases we may be legally required to maintain certain records of your personal information, in which case we may not be permitted to delete your information. 2. Your Choices

  • Direct marketing: We will obtain your prior consent before sending you marketing communications where required by law. You can unsubscribe from our marketing and promotional communications at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the any email that we send. You will then be removed from the marketing lists — however, we may still communicate with you, for example, to send you service-related messages that are necessary for the administration and use of your account, to respond to service requests, or for other non-marketing purposes. We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or certain application(s) features. If you wish to opt out of receiving these communications, you may turn them off by visiting in your device's settings, or by updating your privacy settings via the privacy section in the game you are playing by contacting us via this email: support@viegame.com. Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, we may retain some information to, for example, prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our legal terms and/or comply with applicable legal requirements.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: In addition to the choices described above, you may also be able to reject Cookies through your browser settings. If you reject Cookies through your browser settings, you may still use our Services, but your ability to use certain features may be limited. You may also opt out of receiving certain targeted advertising from participating companies using industry self-regulatory tools.   • Google Analytics: We may share your information with Google Analytics to analyze the use of the Services. 7. COOKIES AND TRACKING

  1. The types of Cookies used on the Sites may include browser-based cookies, pixels or web beacons, Software Development Kits ("SDKs") and other similar technologies. Some of the Cookies used on the Sites are set by us and some may be placed by our third-party partners, such as by our analytics or advertising service providers, to help us improve your experience on the Sites or serve you more relevant advertising. Cookies can remain on your device for different periods time, depending on, for example, whether the cookies are "session cookies" or "persistent cookies".
  2. Purposes: As described further below, we and our partners use cookies for a variety of purposes, including, but not unlimited to, keep you signed in to your account, analyze your use of the site to evaluate and improve our performance, show you content and products that may be relevant to you, enable the basic features of this site to function. We and our partners may use the following types of Cookies on the Sites: Required Cookies:, Functional Cookies, Advertising Cookies.
  3. Your Choices: You may manage cookie preferences via your browser or app settings. ou may be able to reject or withdraw your consent to Cookies through your browser settings. If you reject cookies through your browser settings, you may still use the Sites, but your ability to use certain features may be limited. As the means by which you can refuse cookies through your browser settings may vary from browser to browser, you should visit your browser's help menu for more information. On relevant sites where we use these technologies, you may also look for functionality to disable relevant Cookies via cookie preference settings or similar functionality that may be available to you, in order to withdraw your consent to or opt out of certain Cookies. Further, as also described in our Privacy Policy, you may also have related advertising choices, such as industry self-regulatory tools available which allow users to opt out of receiving certain targeted advertising from participating companies including programs which are operated by the Network Advertising Initiative ("NAI") and the Digital Advertising Alliance ("DAA"). For more information and options available to you, including instructions for opting out of third party ad networks operated by NAI or DAA members, please visit their websites. You may choose whether to receive some Interest-based Advertising by submitting opt-outs. The Global Privacy Control ("GPC") is another technological tool that may be used to control your cookies and tracking preferences. If you choose to use the GPC signal, you will need to turn it on for each supported browser or browser extension you use and on each device you use.

    To the extent these online tracking technologies are deemed to be a "sale" / "share" (which includes targeted advertising, as defined under the applicable laws) under applicable U.S. state laws, you can opt-out of these online tracking technologies by emailing your request to: support@viegame.com.
  4. Amendment: We may update this Cookie Notice from time to time to reflect changes in our Cookie practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Please revisit this Privacy Policy regularly to stay informed about our Cookie practices.

8. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

We are based in U.S. Sometimes our use of your personal information requires your personal information to be transferred to, processed, stored, and used in the U.S., European Economic Area ("EEA"), the United Kingdom ("UK") as well as in countries or jurisdictions outside these regions, including those that may not have the same comprehensive data protection laws as your country of residence. In these instances, we will ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place in compliance with applicable law. Usually, this includes using contractual mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses ("GDPR") and but sometimes we may use other legal mechanisms. 9. U.S. STATE PRIVACY RIGHTS

This section applies to residents ("Residents") of some U.S. states with consumer privacy laws to our operations and regulations implementing, supplementing, or amending them (each, a "State Law"). To the extent there is a conflict between this Privacy Policy and this U.S. State Privacy Rights section, this Section will prevail as to Residents unless stated otherwise.

1. Your Rights

  1. In accordance with applicable law, your rights as specified under state law may include the following:
    • Right to delete your information.
      Upon your request, we will delete the personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain legally permissible exceptions.
    • Right to know and access your personal information.
      You have the right to ask us to confirm whether we process your personal information (including, where required under applicable law, information about third parties to whom we disclose personal information), to provide more information about how we process and disclose personal information, and for a copy of the personal information we maintain about you.
    • Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
      You have a right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information about you. We also encourage you to check the settings in our apps and websites. Some personal information can be directly changed or corrected by you.
    • Right to opt out of the sale of your personal information.
      You can tell us not to sell your personal information according to applicable law. We do not sell personal information of individuals we know to be children as defined by applicable law.
    • Right to limit use of your personal information for targeted advertising.
      You can ask us not to use or disclose your personal information for targeted advertising. Even if you opt out of targeted advertising, we will continue to collect and use data for other purposes. We do not use or disclose for targeted advertising for personal information of individuals we know to be children as defined by applicable law.
  2. You can tell us not to "sell" your personal information or limit the use of your personal information for targeted advertising by sending request to us via email: support@viegame.com or settings menus of our apps. Our Services also respond to GPC signals where appropriate.
  3. We do not use or disclose personal information for profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you without either your explicit consent or where otherwise permitted by applicable law.

2. How to Exercise Your Rights

  1. To exercise your rights specified under your state's laws, you can contact us to submit your request via email: support@viegame.com. Once we receive your submission, we will usually ask you to verify your identity to help prevent fraud. Depending on the nature of the request, we may authenticate the request, such as by requiring a signed written permission from you that authorizes the agent to act on your behalf. A valid power of attorney will constitute signed written permission, but you are not required to obtain a power of attorney to use an authorized agent.
  2. If you are the parent or guardian of a minor child, you may also submit a request on behalf of your child. In that event, we will ask you to provide your child's email address and to submit a signed form authorizing us to proceed with the request regarding your child's personal information. If we deny your request or cannot fulfill it, you may appeal our decision by contacting us via support@viegame.com to ask us to review your request again. Your email should include "Appeal" in the subject line. You have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment if you exercise any of the rights explained in this US State Privacy Rights.

3. California

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA"), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CPRA") (collectively, "California Privacy Law"), we are required to provide specific disclosures about how we use and disclose your personal information ("consumers" in this section). This section covers how we have collected, used, disclosed and otherwise processed your personal information over the past 12 months, as well as additional rights you may have with respect to your personal information. This section does not reflect our processing of your personal information where an exception under California law applies.

  1. Categories of Information:
    In the last 12 months, we collected the following categories of personal information:
    • Contact and Account Information: name, address, date of birth, age, gender, email address, device ID, IP address, username, and similar identifiers.
    • Commercial and transactions information, such as records of products or services you obtained or considered and other information about your purchasing or consuming histories or tendencies, financial information related to accounts you may have with us.
    • Technical Information: including, but not limited to Internet or other electronic network activity information: such as your searches on our Services and information about your interactions with our Services, including your interactions with contextual ads that may be shown on our Services.
    • Biometric information, if you choose to participate in one of our interactive research studies or other initiatives.
    • Geolocation data.
    • Audio, electronic, visual, or similar information, such as photos, videos, and call recordings.
    • Inferences drawn from the above information about your predicted characteristics and preferences.
    • Sensitive personal information, such as your account credentials and race or ethnicity.
  2. Sources of Information.
    We collect personal information from you and from the following categories of sources: linked websites; our affiliates; Our joint-ventures and promotional and strategic partners; Information suppliers; Distributors and other vendors; Other users submitting information about you, such as to invite you to participate in an offering, make recommendations, or share content; and publicly available sources.
  3. Disclosure of Information for Business Purposes.
    In the past 12 months, we may have disclosed for business purposes each of the categories of personal information listed above to the following categories of third parties: Our affiliates; Service providers; Social media platforms; Advertising partners; Analytics partners; and Promotional partners.
  4. Disclosure of Information for Commercial Purposes.
    • "Commercial Purposes" is defined as disclosure of personal information for personalized advertising based on a consumer's activity across non-affiliated websites. We may have sold or shared the following categories of personal information in the past 12 months: Contact and Account Information; Commercial and Transactions information; Technical Information; Geolocation data; and Inferences, such as audience segmentation.
    • In the past 12 months, we have sold or shared each of the categories of personal information listed above to: Our affiliates; Promotional partners; Advertising partners; Analytics partners; and Social media platforms.
  5. Children.
    We do not "share" or "sell" with third parties who are not acting on our behalf the personal information of individuals we know to be children as defined by applicable law.
  6. Right to Opt Out of the Sale or Sharing of Your Information.
    If you are a California resident, you can tell us not to "sell" or "share" (as defined under California law) your personal information sending request to us via email: support@viegame.com or settings menus of our apps. Our Services also respond to GPC signals where appropriate.
  7. Right to Know Categories of Information.
    If you are a California resident, you can ask to receive the categories of your personal information that we have collected, used, disclosed, sold, and shared; the categories of sources from which we have collected your personal information; our purposes for collecting, selling, or sharing your personal information; the categories of personal information we have disclosed or sold; and the categories of third parties to whom we disclosed or sold your personal information.
  8. Sensitive Personal Information.
    We do not use or disclose "sensitive personal information" (as defined under California law) in any way that would require us to provide an opt-out opportunity under California law.
  9. Retention of Information:
    We retain personal information we collect only for so long as reasonably needed to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it. We use reasonable business criteria to establish retention periods for personal information. For example, if you register on our Services, we will store your personal information for as long as needed to maintain your account, fulfill your requests, enforce any applicable terms that govern your use of the Services, maintain appropriate records of the above, or as otherwise required by law.
  10. Right to Delete for Users Under 18.
    If you are a registered user of one of our Services, and you are under 18 years of age, you may have the right to request removal of content or personal information posted on our Services. To request this removal, you may contact us at support@viegame.com. Please note that we cannot completely prevent further use or disclosure of that content or information by others once you have shared it in a publicly available forum.
  11. Shine the Light
    California residents are entitled once per year to request and obtain certain information regarding our disclosure, if any, of your personally identifiable information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes during the immediately prior calendar year regarding California's "Shine the Light" law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83).To make such a request, please send an email to support@viegame.com. You must put the statement "Shine the Light Request" in the body of your correspondence. In your request, please attest to the fact that you are a California resident and provide a current California address for your response. This right is different than, and in addition to, CCPA rights, and must be requested separately. We will not accept Shine the Light requests by telephone or by fax, and are not responsible for requests not labeled or sent properly, or that are incomplete.

10. DATA RETENTION

How long we keep your personal data will vary and will depend on the purpose and use of the personal data collected. There are legal requirements that we keep some types of data for specific periods. Otherwise, we will retain it for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data was collected.

11. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy. Any changes will become effective when we post the revised Privacy Policy on the Services. We encourage you to periodically check back and review this Privacy Policy so that you are up to date.
